Founded in 2006 Crimson Reign spent countless hours each week rehearsing -- both learning covers and writing originals.

After playing over 60 shows at many different venues up and down Vancouver Island they made the decision to head to Vancouver and it was at this point they lost a member.

The three original members Cam Wilkison, Dylan Weyler and Callum Jackman took this as a challenge, rehearsed hard and started working as a trio keeping their eyes open for a fourth member - in stepped Jacob Stone.

To date the Reign lists a huge range of musicians as influencial, including Iron Maiden, Van Halen, Bon Jovi & Megadeath.

Interestingly, the band boasts two lead vocalists -- Dylan and Callum -- as well as the unique ability for all 4 to harmonize.

Despite the youth of the band and it's members, Crimson Reign is constantly pushing forward and testing their limits and their abilities. Having begun as primarily heavy metal, their sound has evolved over the past few years. Harmonized guitars and vocals is something that is heard in every song they play whether it be an original or cover. Each member is constantly searching for not only a new sound, but a sound that speaks to them -- gets them excited, and incites that can't stop, can't get off the stage, can't get enough feeling.

Having a home base now at The Golden Spike in Port Moody and playing other clubs they are gigging on a regular basis affording them the much wanted time to work in the studio on their own originals.

Campbell River Salmon Festival - August 5th

Crimson Reign is charged up to be coming home Aug 5 & 6 to play for friends, family, and fans. One night only in Campbell River and one night in Courtenay! Since moving to Vancouver it has been a year since they have played on the Island and they are ready to return to their old stomping grounds and shake it up.
